Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all hangtags remain attached and the fabric is free of makeup or deodorant stains.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
